Modelry - A Random Walk through Internet Real Estate: TV Campaign Launched This Week TV Campaign Launched This Week TV Commercial & Campaign

Wanted to share some exciting news from and Market Leader.  The TV commercial and campaign launched this week on national cable channels targeting the home buyer demographic.  We are very excited.

I personally love the creative.   We worked with a very talented creative agency on it and they nailed the excitement of using the Internet and a simple site like that feature local real estate agents and brokers to find your next home.

Also you will notice that the winner of the Photo Contest ActiveRain's Amy Mooney Hahn's photo of the Crystal Coast of North Carolina is featured at the end of video.

If you are interested, below are some cool clips on the making of the TV commercial.  Check out the filming with the actors and the green screen and then watch the video of how the created the special effects.

I really liked how you showed the actual website in the background with the larger pictures.  It shows you why you should actually use this website.  Great job!

Nikesh, it is good to see real estate ads other than all the time.  Very clever.

Thanks everyone!  We are pleased with how this commercial came out.

The power of big screen.

I particularly love the special effects - check out the flag waving in the breeze and the pots and pan in the kitchen.  The whole scene was shot against a green screen and then the animation was added later.

I will update the blogpost as well.

Nikesh I really liked the video. Does this company do videos for Real Estate Agents? Thanks for sharing this by the way.

Lanre, I don't think they do agent commercials.  As you can imagine the spot was pretty pricey..... BUT one cool thing we are doing is that we are allowing agents on to get their own customized version of the TV commercial.  Basically the last 5 sec would show your picture or brand in the commercials.

Take a look here:  Scroll down to see the ad on the bottom left.

Nikesh - I really like this.  I think it's compelling and also has good branding at the same time. (and the site name is easy to remember).

Green screens and slides from all over the revolving marble can harness media to excite. Real estate is an emotional experience!
