The Big Apple Meet-Up: - Fun, Fun, Fun!

I love to see members of ActiveRain getting together in person across the country.  ActiveRain is the social blogging platform and social network in real estate, but it is all about the people and the relationships we all build.

It looked like a ton of fun!

The Big Apple Meet-Up, Fun, Fun, Fun!

Yesterday, July 31, we had our “Big Apple Meet-Up" at The Oyster Bar in New York City - the greatest City in the world...IMHO!  Roger Mucci did a fantastic job putting it all together and a great time was had by all! The food was wonderful and the company even better.

They say a picture(s) is worth a thousand words....

It’s amazing the camaraderie Active Rain fosters and we all felt like one big family, really! Roger is larger than life and hosted a hell of a party. It was so great to see old friends, finally meet some wonderful people I've talked to on the phone and get to know some new faces...

As you can see, Roger is the  hit of the party!

More of our Big Apple Meet-up…

Me & Roger...                                                     Jill, Ellen & me...

It's not hard to see everyone had a great time!

I have to give a very special "thank you" to my husband Marty (second photo over - black shirt) for taking all these photos.....and then some! I always say, "I'm a lucky lady!"

Always the bargain shopper, I saw this dress in the store window and had to try it on. It’s Calvin Klein on sale for $59.99!   Perfect ending to a perfect day!

I highly suggest that if you get the chance, go to the next Meet-Up in your area or host one yourself. They are so much fun and it’s like family.

There were too many people to mention, but it was great seeing everyone and Marty and I had a great afternoon…….and I’m pretty sure everyone else did too!

BTW - anyone who was at the meet up and wants photos, email me and I'll be happy to send you individual pictures!
